Many people are interested in keeping themselves in shape first thing that we want to do when trying to lose weight is to take a look at your diet. This is the first step
We are heavily bounded by the junk food, fast food, hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, cookies, pizza, cake, candy, Big Macs, chocolate, Burger King, McDonald's, in our daily life . While this foods are tasty and fast to get but these are the foods which are making our problems worst day by day, not only related with our weight but it also welcomes other diseases as well.
If we want we stay healthy and fit we must quit the junk foods and those foods which provides high energy
Eating hamburgers and chips while in our daily life gives our body much more energy than it normally uses. This energy is not thrown away, but converted to fat and put into storage.
Therefore, we must cut down on this type of food and turn to the softer and healthier food products such as fruits and vegetables which minimize our chances of being at health risk and getting diseased.
The second step of the system is exercise. Where a sound diet makes sure our body doesn’t get more energy than it needs, exercising help use up energy which are already stored on our body.
Some of the ways of exercise are :
- Gym
- Walking
- Gymnastic
- Swimming
- Cycling
- Body stretching
- Games which involves physical mobility
- Martial arts
Exercising half an hour a day is enough but it should be done in a daily basis.
